It is a core course to become a real estate sales person.
This class covers all information necessary for building fundamental foundation in understanding basic concept about real estate market, environment, laws and various transactions. It also covers financing, loan and real estate appraisal.

Live Course Identification Statement
Participants shall present one of the following forms of identification below immediately before admittance to a live presentation of an offering:
A. A current California driver's license.
B. A current identification card described in Section 13000 of the California Vehicle Code
C. Any identification of the participant issued by a governmental agency or a recognized real estate related trade organization within the immediately preceding five years which bears a photograph, signature and identification number of the participant.

Correspondence Course Identification Statement
Participants shall present one of the following forms of identification immediately before the administration of the final examination:
A. A current California driver's license.

A course and instructor evaluation is available on the Department of Real Estate or (DRE) website at www.dre.ca.gov. Access this form by typing in "RE 318A" in the search box located in the upper right corner of the home page.

Course Provider Complaint Statement
A course provider complaint form is available on the Department of Real Estate (DRE) website at www.dre.ca.gov. Access this form by typing in "RE 340" in the search box located in the upper right corner of the home page. An informational form regarding course provider complaints, "RE 340A" is also available.

Enrollment
The course for Real Estate Principles is designed to take 45 hours. The 45 hours are spent in a class for live lecture and Q&A session with homework for further study. The course must be completed within 360 calendar days from the enrollment. It will be terminated after 360 calendar days.
Prior to enrollment in a course, Students may contact school administrator to have consultation session about the class enrollment. Students will receive all necessary information about the enrollment such as registration fee, school policy about cancellation and termination, and etc.

Certificate of Completion
Each course consists of quizzes after every chapter, and a midterm. Successful completion of each course requires that I pass a closed-book Final Exam consisting of multiple choice questions. The minimum passing grade is 70%. The Final Exam must be taken under the supervision of someone appointed by the school.

Your Certificate of Completion will be issued by the school within two weeks of my passing each Final Exam.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The student may cancel the enrollment by giving notice to school with refund request by email, post mail or in person.
Without a penalty, the student is granted 48 hours from the enrollment to cancel it. The student will receive 100% refund, when it is cancelled within 48 hours.

If the student withdraws from the class after 48 hours, the school will charge following expenses.
